Carol Tagayun, National Board President of Asians for Corporate and Community Action,
and
David Lin, National President of 4A at AT&T,
announced the formation of
the Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional and Community Advancement (APCA),
an Employee Resource Group of AT&T, Inc.
